"2016 High Doz. 1280"

1. On December 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s main business by force over about 20 minutes, such as the victim’s voice, “Ie the latter in the latter part of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 21:00, while drinking in D’D’ Kabro page operated by the victim C (the 54-year-old) (the 54-year-old). The Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by force.

2 The Defendant, in the same place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, stayed for about 20 minutes until the police officer called out by the victim’s report, even though he/she received a demand from the victim C to leave the place immediately, and refused to comply with the demand to leave the victim without justifiable grounds.

The defendant of "2016 High 1281" is a guest of a danran bar operated by the victim C (54, inn).

On December 12, 2015, around 19:30 on December 12, 2015, the Defendant does not need to sell it under the influence of alcohol in the said danran bar located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The term "an act of interfering with the victim's entertainment business for about 30 minutes by force, such as singing a large amount of sound, singing a singing, avoiding a disturbance, etc.
