On June 16, 2010, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven the above truck without a 1.5 kilometer car driving license from the vicinity of the 1125 Hawawadong, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, to the front of the 1486Gayang-dong apartment complex.
