1. The plaintiff's lawsuit that is changed in exchange in this court shall be dismissed.

(2) On June 9, 1987, based on the above legal principles, the Plaintiff’s conjunctive claim is revoked at the first instance court within the limit of KRW 15,200,00,00. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of KRW 15,20,00 per annum from the day following the day when this judgment becomes final and conclusive to the day of full payment.
