1. The Defendant’s KRW 67,165,853 as well as 1% per annum from March 28, 2014 to February 20, 2017 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Summary of the plaintiff's assertion
A. On June 15, 2012, the Plaintiff was granted a loan certificate (Evidence A 3) stating that the Plaintiff borrowed money from the Defendant from time to time to time to time to time with the Defendant and that the amount of the loan was KRW 96,00,000, the due date for payment was 1% for interest, and 1% for interest on December 31, 2012.
The purpose of this interest is 1% per month, i.e. 12% per annum.
B. In addition, the Plaintiff’s KRW 8,00,000,000 for the Defendant on August 14, 2012, and the same year
9. November 5, 11, 100,000 won, and KRW 28,000,000 on December 18, 198 of the same year, including KRW 1,000,000 on April 3, 2013, and KRW 24,000 on April 3, 2013.
C. The Defendant: (a) KRW 1,647,00 on November 4, 201; (b) KRW 1,647,00 on October 21, 201; (c) KRW 1,60,00 on August 28, 2012; (b) KRW 2,50,000 on October 22, 201 of the same year; (c) KRW 2,50,000 on November 21, 201 of the same year; and (d) KRW 9,20,000 on May 7, 2013; and (c) the same year.
7. 30. 30. 3,00,000 won, and 34,507,000 won in total, including 10,000,000 won in November 1, 200 of the same year, and 10,000 won in March 27, 2014.
If the Defendant appropriated the Defendant’s repayment amount of KRW 96,00,000 to repay the principal and interest of the loan amounting to KRW 108,438,404 (= KRW 80,438,404, KRW 28,000). As such, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 108,438,404 of the leased principal and KRW 80,438,404 of the total amount from March 28, 2014 to the delivery date of the application for change of the purport of the claim and cause of the claim in this case, 12% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, 28,000,000 per annum from April 4, 2013 to the delivery date of the application for change of the purport of the claim in this case and the cause of the claim in this case, and 15% per annum interest per annum from the date of full payment.

According to the records of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including serial serial numbers; hereinafter the same shall apply), the plaintiff extended money from time to time to time to time from the defendant on June 15, 2012, "the amount of 96,00,000 won" from the defendant on June 15, 2012, the interest rate of 1%, the repayment of principal shall be December 31, 2012, and the account or domicile of the creditor shall be present at the creditor's account or domicile.
