1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 High 713] On March 19, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.069% among the blood transfusions around 22:18, the Defendant driven a Bsp-type car from the front of the restaurant in the Taedong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the front road in the same Dong-dong.

[2016, the Defendant, from April 29, 2016 to August 6, 2016, was subject to suspension of the validity of a driver’s license. However, around June 26, 2016, the Defendant driven a BS-type vehicle from approximately 5km to the front road of the D convenience store located in Dong-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon Special Metropolitan City, about 29:04, Ga-ro 29, Ga-ro 29, the head of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

[2016 High 1352] The Defendant, on October 26, 2016, was controlled on the ground that he operated a car in violation of the signal to the Inspector F of the Daejeon East Police Station E District, which is under traffic control on the roads front of the D convenience store located in Daejeon Dong-gu Daejeon, Daejeon.

The defendant, who is demanded by the above police officer to present the driver's license, had 30,000 won in cash by towing the hand with the driver's seat while soliciting him to impliedly express the fact of the violation.

As a result, the defendant expressed his intention to accept a bribe in relation to the duties of police officers.
