[Criminal facts] The Defendant: (a) took advantage of the gaps in which he neglected to pay attention to women in urban buses to steals money and other valuables, such as wallets; and (b) went through Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, around February 14:45, 2017.
