Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a local public official as the head of the Gu, Si/Gu.

At around 19:30 on November 12, 2013, the Defendant introduced the G to the person who is a candidate for the F constituency of the Gu and the 6th local constituency of the Gu and the Do and the 553,000 won food equivalent to the market price of the Do and provided the 553,00 won food to the Do and the 6th local election at the E-cafeteria located in the Gu and the 19:30 on November 12, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a public official who is unable to carry out an election campaign, carried out an election campaign before the election campaign period, and made a contribution act for the above G.
