The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a member of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee of the Regional Housing Association B, and the victim C (the age of 54) is the representative of the said Regional Housing Association.

On February 24, 2018, around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s day around the E-cafeteria located in Daegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, in a mobile phone, including the Defendant; (b) left the victim’s right part in order to capture the mobile phone from the victim.

As a result, the Defendant got off the right side of the victim and caused the victim to suffer injuries, such as salt pans, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

In full view of the victim's statement that the defendant was holding the right part of the body of the witness F in addition to the victim's statement that the defendant was holding the victim's cell phone in order to take the right part of the cell phone from the victim (the victim's statement that he left the body in order for the victim to not take the cell phone in the situation of one part of the defendant), witness H's part of the witness's statement (the defendant's statement that the victim left the body of the victim with the victim's arms and left the victim), and the police officer G's statement dispatched at the time (the purport that there was physical contact and vagas that could be seen as violence between the defendant and the victim to a certain extent) of the police officer G called out at the time, it is recognized that the defendant was facing the victim's right part of the victim's cell phone in order to take the cell phone used by the victim from the victim
