Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) from around September 23, 2010 to the head of an association of the “E Urban Environment Improvement Project Association” established for the purpose of the improvement project on approximately 620 parcels, such as Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, and approximately 23,00 square meters; and (b) where a partner or landowner, etc. requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related materials on the implementation of the rearrangement project, the head of the committee of promoters or the executive officers of the association, etc. shall comply with such request within

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On January 19, 2016, at the office of the said association located in the Nowon-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, upon request from C to peruse and duplicate a written resolution concerning the special meeting of the said association, which was held on December 19, 2015, which was related to the implementation of the rearrangement project by its members C, the receipt ledger of the written resolution, the return ledger of the general meeting data, the return ledger of the re-transmission ledger, and the return ledger of the re-transmission ledger, a copy of the said association's name, date of birth, the current address, etc. was made only by making the written resolution available for perusal, and did not comply with the request within 1

2. Around January 19, 2016, at the above partnership office, on December 19, 2015, a document pertaining to the implementation of a rearrangement project from G, a member of the association, failed to comply with the said request within 15 days after receiving a request for perusal and reproduction of the contract for public relations personnel services related to the special general meeting of the association; and

3. Around February 3, 2016, at the above partnership office, the Plaintiff failed to comply with the request within 15 days after receiving a request for perusal and reproduction of accounting books, which are documents relating to the implementation of a rearrangement project from H, a partner.
