Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

From March 12, 2014 to March 14, 2014, the Defendants: (a) installed the third floor D game in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the third floor D; (b) installed the 54 game for the “sea-to-sea” game, which is a speculative machine and game product not rated; and (c) allowed many unspecified customers to put 10,00 won into the game machine; and (d) allowed them to put points on the game machine by an electronic rate set in advance according to the results of continuous commercial or high-class continuously emitted from the game machine; and (e) obtained merchandise coupon according to the scores obtained by customers; (e) 5,000 won per merchandise coupon and deducted 500 won from the fees for conversion; and (e) assist the Defendants in cleaning and operating the game machine in cash through their respective speculative activities; and (e) assist the Defendants in cleaning and operating the game machine within each of the said games.
