Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a string vehicle B.

On January 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 06:00, and made a 65-day private distance to turn to the left from the university of polytex from the Incheon Bridge.

Since there is an intersection signal, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents by passing through the intersection in compliance with the signal of the defendant engaged in driving of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the car driving by the victim C (66 years old) who was proceeding in accordance with the straight line from the right side of the vehicle driving by the Defendant at the right side of the vehicle, which was driven by the victim C (66 years old).

As a result, the Defendant suffered from the Defendant’s negligence in the course of performing the above duties with a scarcity and shut down a scarcity that requires approximately 12 weeks of treatment.
