1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff B is the wife of Plaintiff A, Plaintiff C and D are the children of Plaintiff C and the Defendant is a corporation that operates the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gro Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

B. From December 6, 2013 to December 6, 2013, A began with black dyna, a blood transfusion from the upper minister, and began with red dyna on December 11, 2013, and appealed on December 13, 2013, and was sent back to the emergency room of the Defendant’s hospital by the 119 emergency squad around 19:49 of the same day.

C. The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital at around 20:11 on December 13, 2013, the Defendant Hospital’s medical personnel are 13-18g/dl in the normal blood color of A at around 20:1.

F. Since then, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital attempted to insert A’s engine at around 02:44 on December 14, 2013, but failed, and on the same day at around 02:47 on the same day.
