1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount of money and each of the above money stated in the attached Form 2 compensation statement.

1. Basic facts

A. The network I was arrested by the investigators belonging to the Central Information Department on August 8, 1968, and was investigated as the so-called “W case” with the network J, K, L, L, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, Q, S, T, U, and V. On August 10, 1968, the deceased J was detained on September 9, 1968, and was prosecuted as the facts charged for the violation of the National Security Act and the preparation for insurrection. 2) On August 6, 1968, the deceased J was arrested by the investigators belonging to the Central Information Department as the Central Information Division office, and was detained on August 12, 1968, and was charged for the above “W” with the National Security Act as the preliminary charge for insurrection.

3) On January 18, 1969, the Seoul District Criminal Court (68Da26652, 29827) rendered a not-guilty verdict of some of the facts charged against the deceased I, and found the remainder of the facts charged and the facts charged against the deceased J guilty, and sentenced the deceased I to 15 years of imprisonment and suspension of qualifications, 15 years of suspension of qualifications, 7 years of imprisonment and 7 years of suspension of qualification, respectively. 4) The deceased and the prosecutor appealed. The Seoul High Court (69No133) accepted only the allegation of unfair sentencing by the deceased on May 27, 1969, reversed the first instance judgment and sentenced the deceased I to 10 years of imprisonment and suspension of qualifications, 10 years of imprisonment and 5 years of suspension of qualifications and 5 years of suspension of qualifications to the deceased J.

(2) On September 23, 1969, the deceased appealed on the instant judgment subject to a retrial. However, the Supreme Court dismissed the deceased’s appeal on September 23, 1969.

B. After investigating W case on the truth-finding and reconciliation of the past history Settlement Commission’s findings of truth-finding and reconciliation, the Central Information Department, around July 30, 1968, arrested 13 persons, including K, from around July 30, 2009, constitutes an anti-government organization with the name of “W case” attached to the investigation process.
