1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs the amount of KRW 59,120,964 and each of the above amounts from April 2, 2020 to March 26, 2021.
Reasons
1. Basic facts D had children F, net G, Plaintiff A, H, Plaintiff B, and Defendant who married with the deceased E (Death September 23, 2010).
The net G had been married with I, J and K, but was divorced from I on December 3, 1991, and died on January 2, 2017.
D On September 14, 2018, the deceased died (hereinafter “the deceased”), F, Plaintiff A, H, Plaintiff B, and the Defendant respectively, jointly succeeded to the deceased’s property at the ratio of 1/6, J and K 1/12 (i.e., the deceased’s inheritance shares 1/6 x 1/2).

2. Summary of the plaintiff's assertion
A. The Defendant’s primary claim is: ① KRW 230,00,000 for the sale price of the Gwangju Mine M (hereinafter “instant apartment”) purchased in the name of the deceased in the name of the Defendant; ② From June 23, 2005 to November 13, 2006, the deceased transferred to the Defendant’s N bank account (O; hereinafter “the Defendant’s N bank account”); ③ KRW 60,50,000 for the deceased’s transfer to the Defendant’s N bank account (O; hereinafter “the Defendant’s N bank account”); ③ March 6, 2018 and the same month.
7. The same year from June 15, 2018 to the effect that the Defendant cancelled the term deposit under the name of the Defendant and found in the aggregate amount of KRW 613,276,503, and (4)
91,276,503 won (i.e., the sum of KRW 87,50,000 from the post office account in the deceased’s name (Account Number P; hereinafter “the deceased’s post office account”) up to 14.191,276,503 (i.e., KRW 230,000; ② KRW 60,500,000 ③ KRW 613,276,503 KRW 613,276,50,00) on behalf of the deceased).
Since the Deceased died during that period, the Defendant is obligated to pay each of the above custody amount of KRW 165,212,751 (== KRW 991,276,503 + 1/6(shares)) to the Plaintiffs who are co-inheritors.
B. The conjunctive claimant: ① KRW 230,00,000 for the apartment sale of the instant apartment; ② KRW 60,50,000 that the deceased transferred to the Defendant’s N bank account; ③ The deceased’s total sum of KRW 613,276,503, and ④ the Defendant’s money that the deceased cancelled and found in the name of the Defendant.
