The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds for appeal by the defendant is too unreasonable;

2. Although the defendant led to the confession of the crime of this case, and shows his mistake, the agreement with the victim or the recovery of damage was not made at all until the court below even though the amount of damage was considerable, and the defendant maintained a friendly relationship with the victim after the crime of this case and makes it false to keep the friendly relationship with the victim so that the victim may not be suspected of the defendant, and the judgment of the court below is appropriate in full taking account of various factors such as the defendant's age, character and conduct, motive for the crime of this case, circumstances after the crime of this case, etc.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. The defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
