A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 29, 2020, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) around September 23:40, 202, at the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force by driving the disturbance on the part of the victim and the surrounding customers who demanded the payment of the drinking value.

2. Around September 29, 2020, at the same place as Paragraph (1) of the same Article, the Defendant insultingd the victim F, who is a police officer belonging to the Geumcheon Police Station E District Unit, dispatched after receiving 112 report on the Defendant’s above behavior, and reported another customer to the victim F, who is a police officer belonging to the Geumcheon Police Station E District Unit, the Defendant insultingd the victim.
