The Defendant is a person who operates a rocketing taxi.

On June 26, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi on June 23:10, and changed the course to the two-lane from the real line section in which the change of course is prohibited, driving along the front road of Songpa-gu Seoul along the three-lanes from the side of the comprehensive playground to the Newcheon Station.

At the same time, the F-city bus belonging to the victim E (55) who was driven by 20 passengers on the left side of the same direction with two lanes on the left side of the same direction, which is obvious that traffic accidents may occur, thereby making it possible for the F-city bus to operate the light and the headlight upward.

Accordingly, the defendant, who was in distress, abused a vehicle, which is a dangerous object, by intentionally booming it in front of the city bus that many passengers board, caused the victim to feel the same fear of traffic accidents and danger and injury.
