1. The Defendants shall be jointly and severally and severally with C Co., Ltd. and D as to KRW 293,564,793 and KRW 293,341,023 among them.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. 1) The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund (hereinafter “Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund”) on October 29, 199 C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) on October 29, 199
As between C and the Bank, the credit guarantee amounting to KRW 85 million in the principal of the credit guarantee principal and the credit guarantee period from May 6, 200 to October 29, 200 for the obligation to be borne by C with a loan of KRW 100 million from the Bank (hereinafter “first guarantee”).
(2) The Korea Technology Finance Corporation concluded an agreement on October 29, 200 and issued a credit guarantee agreement on October 29, 200 with the guaranteed principal of 85 million won at the Industrial Bank of Korea's Cheongcheon-dong branch, under the above agreement, and issued a credit guarantee agreement on October 29, 200. The Defendants and D jointly guaranteed the payment of all the obligations to be borne by C to the Korea Technology Finance Corporation due to the above credit guarantee agreement. The above credit guarantee agreement on October 25, 200 was changed to 76.5 million won on October 29, 200; the term of the guarantee was changed to 30 million won on October 29, 2004; the term of the guarantee agreement was changed to 200 million won on March 21, 200; the term of the credit guarantee agreement was changed to 200 million won on March 21, 200; the term of the credit guarantee agreement was 201 billion won on the same credit guarantee agreement.
The Defendants and D jointly and severally guaranteed the payment of all obligations to be borne by C to the Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund due to the said credit guarantee agreement, and the said guarantee term was extended to March 21, 2005 thereafter.
3 The Korea Technology Credit Guarantee Fund shall, between C on May 11, 2004, borrow from the Industrial Bank of Korea a loan of 95 million won from the Bank of Korea and bear 85 million won of credit guarantee principal for the obligations to be borne by C.
