On October 11, 2012, at around 00:08, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1.3 km from the front road of Taecheon-si, Chungcheongnam-si to the front road of Sejong-si, Hong-si, Gyeong-si. The Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.07%.
