1. 모욕 피고인은 2012. 12. 13. 02:10경, 연제구 C에 있는 'D' 일식식당 앞 노상에서, 그 전 일식당내에서 일행인 여자친구가 불상의 여자와 다툰 부분에 대하여 여자친구와 시비 중 112신고를 받고 출동한 E지구대 소속 경사 F와 경장 G, 경위 H이 무슨 일이 있는지 경위를 물어본다는 이유로 "씨바, 짭새새끼, 씹할놈, 개새끼" 라고 욕설을 하는 등 주변 행인 약 20명이 지켜보고 있는 곳에서 약 15분 동안 공연히 모욕하였다.
