A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking) starts from the street shop in front of a restaurant in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon at the time and time specified in paragraph 1 and is under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.101% at the 1km section of the blood alcohol level at around 1km of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon to the point of accident located along the rain of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
