Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2014, the Defendant, while living in prison with the victim C (22 years of age) at the Cheongju-dong, Young-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Cheongju-do, and the Defendant, on the ground that the victim was changed in his/her return, he/she sounded the victim, “I see that I am see, face, and are changed in his/her return, I am the head part of the victim at one time.”

2. On August 2014, the Defendant, on the ground that the body of the Defendant was sealed in the process of receiving the Defendant’s drinking water at the places indicated in paragraph (1) at the lower morning, the Defendant saw the Defendant’s head part of the victim’s head by hand.

4. 피고인은 2014. 9. 2. 13:25경 제1항 기재 장소에서 피해자가 피고인의 시계를 다른 곳으로 옮겼다는 이유로 화가 나 손으로 피해자의 머리 부분과 얼굴 부분을 수회 때리고, 바로 피해자의 옆구리 부분을 수회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim four times.
