A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant, within the main point of "D" located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, about the victim E (the age of 42) and F, who is an employee of the said main point, had been in dispute with each other, left the head of the victim by beer's disease, which is a dangerous object, and got about two weeks of treatment.
