A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the representative of F Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the Gyeongbuk-gun, the 2014 Highest 2634, is an employer who has operated publishing manufacturing business using 30 full-time workers.
1. When a worker retires, the employer in violation of the Labor Standards Act shall pay him/her wages within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred;
Nevertheless, the Defendant worked in F from March 11, 1995 to July 31, 2013, and did not pay the total of KRW 157,502,325 to seven workers listed in the attached Table 2 to 8, 2012, including KRW 180,065, Oct. 1, 201, when retired workers G, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the period.
2. An employer who violates the Guarantee of Workers' Retirement Benefits Act shall, in case where a worker retires, pay the retirement allowance within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred; and
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while working in F from March 11, 1995 to July 31, 2013, did not pay the total of KRW 168,195,545 as well as KRW 45,149,531 of the retirement allowances of retired workers from work in G, and the total of KRW 168,195,545, within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the due date.
The Defendant is the representative of F Co., Ltd. in Gyeongbuk-gun E, which is the employer who has operated publishing manufacturing business using 15 full-time workers.
When a worker retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money, valuables, and retirement allowances within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) worked in F from April 2, 2010 to August 9, 2013; (b) worked in F and retired workers from H on December 2, 2012 to August 2013; and (c) KRW 17,710,218, including the wage, etc. paid from August 2, 2012 to August 2013; and (b) workers H, I’s wages, annual allowances, annual allowances, and bonus totaling KRW 24,696,919, and retirement allowances totaling KRW 30,903,969.
