Compulsory execution against the defendant D based on the payment order of the Seoul Western District Court 2019j. 12371.

Since there is no dispute between the parties or is recognized by the statement in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 7, since the obligation under this Court's order against the defendant D under the final payment order which became final and conclusive in the acquisition money case of this Court No. 2019, No. 12371, July 28, 2020, against the defendant D is not subject to compulsory execution based on the above payment order.

Therefore, the plaintiff (appointed party)'s claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
