A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the F clan that is jointly created D 19 years old-old clan E, and it is believed that some of the lands owned by the clan, including 924 square meters of the G site in the Chungcheongbuk-gun, were transferred to a road site and received compensation from the clan, but the defendant was excluded from the process of disposal or management of the property of the clan, such as the defendant was unaware of its progress.
