1. The defendant shall pay 85,580,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from October 25, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments set forth in Gap evidence Nos. 2, 5, and 7 (including serial numbers) as to the loan claim, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff loaned KRW 38,00,000 to the Defendant, totaling KRW 38,00,00,000 on November 6, 2014, and November 7, 2014, and KRW 9,50,000 on November 27, 2014.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 38,000,000 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 25, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the original copy of the payment order of this case.

2. Judgment on the claim for the deposit money

(a) The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3, 4, and 6 (including each number number), and the purport of the entire pleadings:

1) On January 2015, the Plaintiff organized the number system as follows (hereinafter “15-day system”).

The Defendant joined the 15th century as a fraternity.

1. Total number of units: 20 units;

2. A deposit amount of KRW 1,530,000 and KRW 1,830,000 after the date of prohibition of guidance (the amount to be paid by a fraternity to an owner of each month) not later than the date of prohibition of guidance;

3. Money to be received by a fraternity from the transferor in the month corresponding to his/her order of priority;

(a) Gyeyangs Nos. 1 through 3: 30,000,000 won respectively; and

(b) Gyeyangs after the sequence 4: 30,000,000 won 300,000 x (the sequence - 3)

4. Period of operation: 20 months from January 2015 to August 2016;

5. Date of receipt of the fraternity: 2) On February 2015, the Plaintiff organized the number system as follows (hereinafter “26-day system”).

The Defendant joined the 26th century as a fraternity.

1. Total number of units: 20 units;

2. A deposit amount of KRW 1,530,000 and KRW 1,830,000 after the date of prohibition of guidance (the amount to be paid by a fraternity to an owner of each month) not later than the date of prohibition of guidance;

3. The money to be received by a member from a transferor in the month corresponding to his/her order.
