A, B, and D shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,00,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00, respectively.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants received ID from the K, F, and G’s total edition H, and purchased eggs (private money) in advance, filled them with the GID. After receiving cash from the many unspecified customers who visited the store, and opened and operated a so-called “SI” gambling book by allowing them to do gambling, such as gambling, responding to the amount of corresponding know-how, Baduk, and so on.
1. The Defendant purchased information by means of remitting it to the Agricultural Cooperative (N) account in the name of the Defendant using the name of the Defendant’s community credit cooperative account (R), agricultural cooperative account (S), and new bank account (T), and stored it in the store ID, and received cash from many unspecified persons.
