1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants jointly and severally against Defendant B with respect to KRW 77 million and the amount of KRW 60 million among them.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On August 9, 2007, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 200 million to Defendant B with interest rate of KRW 1% per month, and one year (in cases where the parties do not request termination, automatically renewed the period) for the period. Defendant B repaid to the Plaintiff the principal amount of KRW 100 million on November 30, 2009, and on June 31, 2013, the Plaintiff had not been paid with interest rate of KRW 50 million on March 31, 2014, and KRW 10 million on May 12, 2016. The Plaintiff appropriated the principal amount of KRW 50 million from June 2013 to March 3, 2014; KRW 40 million from the interest rate of KRW 40 million; and KRW 60 million from June 16, 2014 to the remainder of the principal amount; and KRW 50 million from June 25, 2014 to the remainder of the principal amount.

B. On June 30, 201, the Plaintiff’s KRW 20 million against Defendant C, and the same year

8. 13.12 million won was determined and lent as 2% per month interest, and on December 31, 2017, the principal and interest on outstanding loans as of December 31, 2017 are KRW 55,267,488 ( principal principal KRW 32 million and interest KRW 23,267,488).

2. Determination

A. According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 7 million (5.6 million with interest accrued from April 2014 to May 2016, 2016, KRW 1.4 million with interest accrued from June 6, 2016 to December 2017, KRW 60 million with interest accrued from KRW 5.6 million with interest accrued from KRW 5.6 million and interest accrued from KRW 1.6 million with interest accrued from June 2016 to KRW 60 million with interest accrued from December 2017) with interest accrued from March 1, 2018 for Defendant B, and with interest accrued from Defendant C with interest rate of KRW 15% with interest accrued from January 23, 2018 to the day of full payment.

As to this, Defendant B, while being aware of the fact that Defendant B actually borrowed 50 million won from the Plaintiff and the above 200 million won, he borrowed the above money in form.
