Punishment of the crime

Around 23:20 on February 6, 2020, the Defendant driven a DNA-free car from the Gwangju Mine-gu neighboring parking lot to the roads front of the Gwangju Mine-gu, about 10 meters away from the Gwangju Mine-gu, while under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.17% of alcohol level.
