A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) discovered a bitle vehicle in the front direction of the signal signal at the front direction as the victim D (V) who was driving a two-lane of blood alcohol concentration of 0.171% due to driving of a motor vehicle at a 0.171% alcohol level, and driving a two-lane road in front of the short direction of the original city at the south side market along the same apartment with one lane from the south side market where it is difficult for the victim to drive normally due to influence of drinking, and did not accurately operate the steering and brake system at the same time, thereby making it difficult for the victim to drive normally, while driving the two-lane road at the front direction of the said vehicle at the front direction of the victim D (VV) who was driving a two-lane of the 52-lane course due to occupational negligence, thereby causing the injury of the victim as well as the injury of the two-time direction.

2. Around 19:25 on June 28, 2013, the Defendant driven a c-wing-ray vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of about 3km from a section of about 0.171% at a distance of about 3km from the front of the original city F, to the front of the same short-term road located in the same short-term city.
