Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 9,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a B-Epurd vehicle.

1. On March 5, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”) driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.177% of alcohol concentration in blood around March 5, 2016, and driven the street in front of the Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon Police Station (hereinafter “Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”).

Since the location is installed with signal apparatus, even though there is a duty of care to proceed safely in accordance with the signals, it is neglected to do so, while proceeding as it is while the signal, etc. in the front is a yellow signal, and the part of the victim C(55 years old, n), who was placed under the new name from the right side of the course to the left side of the bend of the vehicle operated by the defendant, was shocked into the front part of the vehicle operated by the defendant.

As a result, the Defendant suffered from an injury to the victim by negligence in the course of the above business, such as 10 days of crypium and tension.

2. On January 2, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 2 million by the same court on September 14, 2012, respectively.

Nevertheless, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.177% at the time and time as described in paragraph (1), he driven the above vehicle from the street in front of the Suan Park in the Suan-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, to the front of the 941-ro sperm death in the same Gu.
