A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, at the Daegu District Court on May 31, 2012, is a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on May 31, 2012, and a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 6 million at least twice by the same court on October 27, 2017, for the same crime.

On February 28, 2018, at around 02:45, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a Bolf2.0 GTI car at the 1km section from the front of a cafeteria located in the Daegu Suwon-gu Yellow Zone to the front of the Jungdong-dong in the same city, in a state of alcohol of 0.084% of blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license.

Accordingly, the Defendant, who violated the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol not less than twice, was driving a motor vehicle without a driver's license under the influence of alcohol.

2. 2018 Highest 2327;

A. At around 02:00 on March 11, 2018, the Defendant driven a B halog car from around a 5km section of approximately 5km from the front of a cafeteria in the Daegu Geum-dong without a vehicle driver’s license to the front of the Dmatet in Dong-gu C.

B. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-accident) are those engaged in driving cars.

Around 02:00 on March 11, 2018, the Defendant driven the above car and proceeded with the claim street in the new-dong-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-dong from the E market room to the boundary of the new 3-dong Public Security Center.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to safely drive the person engaged in driving service in accordance with the signals by reducing the speed and by properly examining the right and the right of the signal.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and proceeds in violation of the signal in the stop line, and thereby, MFV distance is in the same intersection.
