A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On December 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Sungnam Branch of Suwon District Court on December 15, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Suwon Detention House on June 20, 2016.

1. Damage to property;

A. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 11:10 on July 2, 2016, when the Defendant was passing ahead of the building, the Defendant destroyed the property owned by the victim, in order to remove the watches located in the bank on the ground that the said building owner had a diversified with the said building owner; and (b) remove the door glass installed by the victim D, the said building owner, from several times, to destroy the repair cost amounting to approximately KRW 385,000.

B. The Defendant damaged the property owned by the victim, in front of the “G” operated by the Victim F (39 years of age) F (G) in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the building mentioned in the foregoing paragraph (a) of the above paragraph, which caused the damage of approximately KRW 4,750,000 of repair cost by cutting off two water-bearing pipes and entrance glass installed by the victim with the above network value.

2. At the time and time set forth in paragraph 1, the Defendant threatened the victim F, who is an employee, with a view to destroying the frequency of water satisfaction glass as described in paragraph 1-b at the “G” store, and with a view to displaying a net value, which is a dangerous object, to the victim H (n, 49 years of age), who is an employee, from the outside, and threatening the victim’s Haak, with the phrase “Iskh, alkh, dead, dead, and discarded,” and continuing to display a net value to the said victim F, who is the owner of the business, and “Iskh, Iskh and kh.”

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and threatened victims.

3. On July 2, 2016, from around 11:10 to around 11:40 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) told that he fluencies from “G” stores to 11:40 of the same day, as described in paragraphs 1-b and 1-2; and (b) fluencing and killing the players passing through the said places; and (c) from the victim F, the cost of the building and the owner of the business.
