1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 34,078,164 and KRW 31,404,493 among them, from February 25, 2015 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On March 25, 2014, the Plaintiff lent KRW 34,500,00 to the Defendant for a loan period of 48 months, interest rate of loan 17.9%, interest rate of delay 29%, and installment payment at least twice consecutively, if the unpaid amount exceeds 1/10 of the installment price, the Plaintiff agreed to lose the benefit of time.

B. After that, the Defendant did not pay a total of KRW 5,058,175 as monthly payments from October 15, 2014 to February 15, 2015, thereby losing the benefit of time on February 15, 2015.

C. As of February 24, 2015, the amount the Defendant is liable to pay to the Plaintiff as of February 24, 2015 is the principal KRW 31,404,493, unpaid interest KRW 2,386,265, and delay damages KRW 287,406.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,078,164 won (=31,404,493 won 2,386,265 won) and damages for delay calculated by the ratio of 29% per annum from February 25, 2015 to 31,404,493 won in unpaid principal.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
