Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or each of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3-1, 2, and 4-1, 6, 7, 8, and 10 may be acknowledged after considering the whole purport of the pleadings.
C A new savings bank (the new savings bank, a stock company, which was changed as of September 17, 2010, had changed its trade name five times prior to the change into the current trade name. At the time of its establishment, the new savings bank was a stock company urson’s mutual savings bank as of February 26, 2002. The new mutual savings bank as of November 10, 2004, new mutual savings bank as of November 1, 2005, new mutual savings bank as of September 27, 2006, and new mutual savings bank as of September 27, 2006, respectively changed into new savings bank as of September 27, 2006; hereinafter “new savings bank, regardless of whether it was before or after the mutual change; thus, the new savings bank did not receive loans, etc., and the above court rendered a final judgment against loans, etc. with the Incheon District Court Decision 2004Nu11451, May 26, 2004; and the above court rendered a judgment against new savings bank as of KRW 36364.4.7.4.4.4.7.4.4.4.
B. On November 23, 2010, the New Savings Bank transferred, in sequence, the claims for loans under the above paragraph (a) C to the business partnership loan and the business assets management loan to the business partnership loan and to the business assets management loan to the business assets management loan to the business company on December 10, 2010, and the business assets management loan to the business company on July 27, 2011 to the Plaintiff (the business name of the company at the time was the business name of the company, the business name of the company was the business owner). Each transferor transferred the claims for loans under the above paragraph (a) to C to the business company on July 27, 201.
