1. The Plaintiff:

A. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable for 79,472,599 won;

B. Defendant A and B shall be jointly and severally liable for 92,567.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against the Defendants against the Incheon District Court 2004Gahap12215, and the above court rendered a favorable judgment against the Plaintiff on March 30, 2005. The above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

B. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the extension of the statute of limitations since the plaintiff's claim against the defendants under the above final judgment is likely to be expired. The defendants are obligated to pay the amount stated in Paragraph (1) of this Article to the plaintiff.
