Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 04:20 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim’s vehicle in front of the D hotel located in Seo-gu in Gwangju metropolitan City with the desire to “I am in front of the H University E (the age of 56) and to “I am in front of the H University E (the age of 56)” and “I am in front of the H University E (the age of 56) on the ground that I am in front of the H University located in Seo-gu in Gwangju, and that I am in a way different from I am in a way.”

2.
