A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Godan1049] On October 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court of the Republic of Korea on the part of October 6, 2011, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 7, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on June 8, 2012.

The Defendant was subject to call-up of public duty personnel and was enlisted in the Army Training Center on September 6, 2012 and completed basic military training for 4 weeks at the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office for Public Duty Personnel on July 27, 2012 at the Defendant’s residence located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C 101, and was assigned to serve as public duty personnel at the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office for Public Duty Personnel upon receipt of a notice of call-up of public duty personnel, but failed to enlist without justifiable grounds until three days elapse from September 6, 2012, the date of enlistment

[2013 Height1893] On October 6, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the District Court of Jung-gu District on the part of October 6, 2011, and completed the execution of the sentence in a governmental prison on June 8, 2012.

Around 02:00 on February 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) committed a theft by citing a “galgalgal gallon” smartphone equivalent to one million won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession in charge of the victim’s head, located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

In addition, the Defendant habitually stolen smartphones worth KRW 4.7 million in total at least five times from February 18, 2013 to April 3, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
