A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B-be trucks.

1. On February 6, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the said truck under the influence of alcohol level of 0.078% in blood alcohol level on February 6, 2019, and led the Defendant to drive the said truck in the condition of under the influence of alcohol level of 0.078% in front of the Gumi-si Corporation 343-10, Gumi-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
