A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around November 24, 2019, at night (i) around 01:52, the Defendant: (b) opened the victim C’s “D” in Osan-si B’s operation; (c) opened an unrectal door in a warehouse; and (d) cut off the Defendant’s six disease with a small amount equivalent to KRW 150,000 in total amount of KRW 10km, selling price of KRW 4,000, KRW 3 disease, selling price of KRW 4,000, KRW 3 disease, selling price of KRW 4,000.

2. On November 28, 2019, around November 28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) on November 28, 2019; (b) and (c) stolen three soldiers, who were in the amount equivalent to KRW 50,000 in total of the market price of the victim’s possession, in a cooling house; (c) 3 soldiers in the amount equivalent to KRW 4,00 in the sales price, KRW 4,00 in the amount equivalent to KRW 4,00 in the amount of food materials, sales price, and KRW 4,00 in the sales price.

3. On December 2, 2019, around December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a warehouse in the same manner as described in paragraph (1) in the aforementioned “D”; (b) and (c) went off to and stolen five diseases worth KRW 30,000, total market price of the victim-owned materials, food materials, sales price of KRW 4,000, in a cooling house; and (d) 5 diseases of KRW 30,00,000.
