A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 28, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on June 30, 201 and was released on September 16, 201, and the remaining term of imprisonment was imposed on September 16, 201. On August 17, 2012, the same court was sentenced to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Kidnapping, Inducement, etc. for Profits) and became final and conclusive on March 28, 2013.

As above, the Defendant submitted to the full bench a petition to the effect that the victim C, who is an accomplice to the above case, was an actual principal offender in the trial proceedings of the case sentenced to four years of imprisonment due to the violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act, and made a statement to the same effect in the court, and made a statement to the same effect, and made a statement that the Defendant
