Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct youth game providing business shall register with the Metropolitan Autonomous City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without registering, installed one unit of the click Game Instruments in front of Incheon Bupyeong-gu, from December 6, 2018 to February 17:00, 2019, and operated a non-registered juvenile game providing business against many unspecified persons.
