Punishment of the crime

At around 11:50 on January 18, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim by putting the victim's head with her hand when she walked with the victim D (e.g., 70 years of age) who was a fright in this fright while walking with her work in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
