Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

No one may transfer or acquire the means of access for electronic financial transactions, but the defendant transferred the passbook, cash card, and password to a person who is not aware of his/her name in the middle of October 201 through Kwikset Service Articles.
