A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:40 on October 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) maintained a discipline on the ground that the Victim C (the 38 years of age) lent a common food to another person in the port-based correctional room located in Heunggu-gu, Singu, Singu, Singu, on the ground that the victim’s attitude was inconsistent; (b) taken several times by hand the victim’s hand; (c) taken two times by hand the victim’s scam with his hand; and (d) taken two times by the victim’s scam, “if the victim does not scam or horse, scam?”; (d) taken part of the victim’s face and head by scaming it into the floor; and (e) took part of the victim’s face and head by continuously taking part in drinking; and (e) took part of the victim’s body and head into account one time through drinking; and (e) took part of the victim’s body and the body necessary for treatment of the victim.
