A. On January 25, 2012, the Plaintiff asserted that the lease contract was concluded between 20,000 won and 30,000 won and 40,000 won and 20,000 won and 40,000 won from January 25, 2012 to April 30, 2014, and that the Defendant was obligated to use and benefit from the lease contract between 30,000 won and 40,00 won from January 25, 2012 to September 25, 2012, and the Defendant was obligated to use and benefit from the lease contract between 10,000 won and 40,000 won from September 26, 2012 to April 31, 2014 (the Defendant used the lease contract between 25,000 won and 40,000 won from August 31, 2017).
