The reasoning for the court’s explanation as to this case is as follows: (a) the first instance court’s “the person of May 21, 2012,” “the foregoing person of May 21, 2010,” and (b) Nos. 5, “the person of May 21, 2010,” respectively, “the person of May 21, 2010,” and (c) Nos. 15, “the person of May 21, 2010,” and (d) Nos. 3-1 through 3, are the same as the part of the first instance court’s judgment, with the exception that the above recognition is insufficient to be followed.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
