1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff KRW 232,287,096 and as a result, from September 16, 2009 to May 21, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 30, 2008, Defendant A manufactured one of the 50 tons clers (50 tons of the rated load, hereinafter “instant clers”) as requested by the Plaintiff Company and supplied it to the Plaintiff Company. The clers installed in the instant clers (hereinafter “instant clers”) manufactured on March 10, 2008 by the Defendant Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Sclers”) around March 10, 2008 and supplied them to Defendant A.

B. On June 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with B Company to process and supply vessel engine block (hereinafter “instant engine”) free of charge at KRW 85 million, and entered into a contract with B Company for processing the instant engine with KRW 85 million. On September 15, 2009, the Plaintiff was entering the instant cler to load the instant vessel engine processed under the said contract on September 15, 2009, and the instant engine was cut, and the instant vessel engine fell and the Plaintiff shocked the instant engine, which is the Plaintiff’s processing equipment installed under its supervision (hereinafter “instant table table, bed, and labeling block”).

The Plaintiff caused the instant accident to be caused by the design and manufacturing defect of the instant list installed in the Plaintiff’s assertion, 120,000,000 won for close inspection of the vessel engine processing costs of KRW 85,00,000,000, which occurred from the destruction of the instant vessel engine = 252,929,496, which occurred from the destruction of the instant vessel engine.
