Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2013, the Defendant obstructed the traffic of neighboring residents by digging up the ground on the road, setting up a pond on the road at a non- packing road of 3 meters in width and 100 meters in length (agricultural roads) in Hongsung-gun, Hongsung-gun on the road.
